Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

The 30-day period begins from the date your order was delivered. Please keep your order confirmation and any delivery documentation for reference.

2. Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

• Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging
• Products with intact safety seals
• Products purchased directly from our website

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

• Opened or used products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
• Products with broken seals
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products purchased from third-party retailers
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact us at community@shunrynnuoyxux.world with your order number and reason for return
• Step 2: Receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
• Step 3: Package the item securely in its original packaging
• Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
• Step 5: Provide tracking information to us for verification

Please do not send returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to verify it meets our return criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been inspected and either approved or rejected.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account (typically 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution).

Refunds include the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• Photos of the packaging
• A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide options for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

8. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the incorrect item.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at community@shunrynnuoyxux.world with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return if you no longer want the product.

11. Consumer Rights

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Canadian consumers may have additional rights under provincial consumer protection laws.

If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory rights under applicable law, those mandatory rights will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

12. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
